Nabil Zaghloul has held the position of CEO of Aramex Global Solutions since 2016. He joined parent company, Aramex in 2000 as an accountant, and progressed through the company in several capacities including Finance Manager for Aramex UK, Managing Director for Aramex UK and ecommerce Director for Europe.
Mr Zaghloul is an active member of the company's Global ecommerce Management Team and offers an extensive knowledge of the finance, logistics and transportation industry. Before taking the helm at AGS, Mr. Zaghloul led the set-up of the Aramex ecommerce service offering in Europe and North America that provides solutions to some of the leading retailers around the world.
Mr Zaghloul holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration.
Francois joined in early 2017 bringing with him extensive knowledge in sales, transportation and eCommerce. He spent 11 years at FedEx where he succeeded at delivering complex multi-modal solutions whilst also reducing transportation costs for major Fashion and Luxury brands. He then moved to head up ASOS’ Delivery Solutions where he was responsible for the carrier selection, carrier governance and carrier management from their multiple worldwide fulfilment centres. He lead a team that continuously reviewed the delivery strategies and developed innovative delivery solutions for their 15 million registered users across 240 countries and territories.
Francois holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Management and an Executive MBA with Distinction from Cass Business School. He is bilingual in French and English and fluent in Dutch and Italian.
Laetitia Arfi is the Sales Director UK & Europe for Aramex Global Solutions. Laetitia joined AGS in late 2016 excited by the new venture that she believes will dramatically change the logistic landscape of the ecommerce sector.
Laetitia began her career in France, working for a clinical research organisation where she was responsible for clinical trial outsourcing for the pharmaceutical industry. Her previous experience at Asendia UK, a joint venture between La Poste and SwissPost, and her days at La Poste international head office in France, brought her in-depth knowledge and expertise of the postal and logistic worlds within the ecommerce sector. As Head of ecommerce, then Head of Sales, Laetitia demonstrated her ability to build strong customer relationships on a multi contact level with retailers and key players in the sector.
Laetitia has a dual skill background, holding a Bachelor degree in Science with a major in Biochemistry and a Master degree in Sales and Marketing. She is a mother of two adorable young girls and when not working loves cooking, baking and hosting dinners for her family and friends. Laetitia always finds a good reason to shop online, under the guise of testing the shopper experience of her favourite brands.
Fadi Zaghloul is the Global Solutions Director for Aramex Global Solutions.
Fadi began his career in 2007 in the Quality Assurance department at Aramex which gave him an in-depth knowledge of the operations and service offering end-to-end. He then progressed to head up the customer solutions with a focus on ecommerce working directly with customers and partners across Europe and North America on system integration and bespoke logistics solutions including e-customs clearance. During his time in this role, he lead the process of establishing a reverse logistics solution which included setting up a customer facing portal and a network of carriers and post offices in the main ecommerce markets.
Fadi holds a degree in industrial engineering. He is an online shopper himself with a great passion for customer experience. In his spare time, he is a keen cyclist and badminton player and would like to think he is good at both.
David Uprichard is the Sales Director North America for Aramex Global Solutions. Before joining Aramex in late 2016, David was the regional sales director for DHL ecommerce responsible for managing their sales and marketing strategies for the greater New York City area.
David began his career in 1990 with Airborne Express, where he held various Sales Manager and National Account Manager roles as well as a stint with Airborne's fulfilment division, working with organisations looking for just-in-time inventory solutions. David then moved to sales and marketing at RR Donnelley Logistics where he led the sales efforts of RR Donnelley's acquisition of parcel delivery firm, APX Logistics.
During the early 2000s, with the ecommerce boom about to take off, he was responsible for devising a sales and operational strategy for the newly formed division. As the Director of Sales, David's sales strategies led to a significant increase in sales revenue, with customer acquisitions ranging from Philip Morris (Marlboro Miles programme) to cataloguers Adam & Eve.
David graduated with Honours from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland, where he received his Master of Arts degree in English Literature. David grew up in Zambia and Scotland and is the father of two college-aged children. He is a nationally ranked squash player and serves on the board of the New York-based Red Tide Masters Swim Team.
Ian Arnold is the Sales Director for Australia and New Zealand. Previously, Ian was Head of International Sales for Australia Post|StarTrack International with accountability for global sales. His strategic approach in securing significant ecommerce business from the key markets of the UK, North America, Asia, Australia and New Zealand supported the accelerated growth of this relatively new division.
Prior to this Ian worked within various divisions of Australia Post. He was previously, General Manager Business Development for Australia Post's logistics business focusing on logistics and ecommerce solution sales for many high street retailers. He has also worked directly in the sales arm of the parcels and ecommerce division during a time of rapid growth in the Australian ecommerce market.
Ian has a deep understanding of domestic and international supply chain and been responsible for developing and executing solutions for a number of the largest UK-based high street retailers and many notable brands.
Originally from the UK, Ian qualified in Business Management at the University of Huddersfield. He moved with his family, including two boys, to Australia from the UK in 2006. Ian and his family remain keen followers of Premier League football, now from afar, as well as F1 racing.
Rudy Clauzon is the Global Solutions Manager for Aramex Global Solutions. Based in London, he joined AGS from its inception and works on systems implementations, customer solutions and carrier management.
Rudy comes from the express courier arm of the AGS venture between Aramex and Australia Post where he worked on business and process improvement as well as IT systems. Previously he worked for Asendia as a pricing and business analyst. His dual background with postal and express experience gives him an edge to find the right solutions to fulfil the needs of the booming ecommerce industry.
Rudy graduated with Honours from the University of Lyon, France. In his free time, he enjoys travelling to places near and far and looks forward to setting foot in the other homeland, Australia. A forward-looking millennial, he shops online more than he should and will google away to his heart's content.
I commenced working as a Country Operations Manager for Aramex Jordan before transferring to Aramex Saudi as Country Head of Operations, leading three entities and managing almost 1 million parcels per month.
During my time with Aramex, I have gained valuable experience covering broad aspects of operations and supply chain.
I have contributed in setting and driving strategy implementation, change management and transformation, business development, and operational excellence with a true, genuine passion for driving change and process improvement. I am excited by being a part of the e-commerce industry.
I have a degree in Industrial Engineering and am a family man with two children.
I speak Arabic, English and Spanish.
